What about hacking Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker via Action Replay - Test Maps.?
Thats also a nongaming or Toyplay.
Good question. should I include hack modes on the list?
Main problem: I would have to include a lot of games. The list would loose its focus.
Note that I haven´t even included the GTA series, which allows a big deal of freeplay (as the wiki Knights reminds us)
But hey, thanks a lot for the idea.
